A: All of our items are made-to-order using professional 3D printing and custom design techniques. Each piece is carefully crafted from start to finish, which means your order is truly unique and not mass-produced. Because of this, production takes time, but we believe the extra care is worth it.

Q: How long will my order take?
A: Production times vary depending on the complexity of the design and our current order volume. Most orders are completed and ready to ship within 7–14 days. If you need something sooner, please reach out before ordering and we’ll let you know if a rush option is possible.

Q: How do you ship orders?
A: We ship all orders through UPS Ground/FedEx/USPS by default to ensure reliable and trackable delivery. If you’d prefer a faster shipping method, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate special requests at checkout.
